I really like your good step to living a healthy and happy. You are doing an excellent work for making your body fit and strong. But NoFap is not an easy process but doing hard work will surely give good results in the body.

Day 5 guys. Common we can do it.
I’m not going to be running today and tomorrow. I’m taking 2 days rest. I’ll update my running update on Monday. Today I have martial art class

You can also throw in some weight lifting in the mix. Very beneficial.
