So, the presidential candidate cannot even choose a Secretary of his preference?

The Lalong man should resign if he wants to.

Also, Buhari is an outgoing president. Why should he be choosing campaign coordinator for the SE, and using it to compensate the wife of an old friend, who may not necessarily be the best person for the job. Is Mr Buhari the one facing the electorate come 2023? Did Boris Johnson choose Liz Truss's campaign coordinator? Let the candidate choose his own team. Yours is to lend moral support. This is going to be a very tough election. It is not one for appointing people without proper consideration of their suitability. APC have to come to this election with their A game - PDP and Labour Party will be tough opponents.

And even Mr Fayemi of Ekiti is displeased he is not SW coordinator. Is he better than Akeredolu, and wasn't he part of the cabal against Tinubu until the very last minute?
