What food does your stomach find difficult to digest anytime you eat it?

Mine is ripe raw plantains...

I have heard of people who have lactose intolerance i.e if these people take milk or yoghut, their systems are incapable of digesting the sugar in it. Which makes them to have bloated stomach coupled with subtle or violent discharge of gas.
