Governor Hopeless Uzodinjo, sorry Hope Uzodimma, is a well known trouble maker. Back when he was President of Orlu Progressive Union, there was fighting in that organisation throughout his tenure. Peace only came to Orlu when his tenure expired and he ventured into politics

The same thing is now being repeated again after the Supreme court magically made him Governor of Imo State. Before the coming of Hope Uzodimma, there was IPOB, there were criminalities and there were militants in Owaza area. But Imo State was largely peaceful under Ohakim, Okorocha and Ihedioha. Okorocha even negotiated with Owaza militants and even granted them amnesty for the sake of peace

But as soon Uzodimma became Governor in 2020, all hell broke loose. Rather than bring people together as his predecessors did, he started fighting everyone, his political enemies, the traditional leaders, the Church and even peaceful agitators

Uzodimma started running to Aso Rock to beg Buhari for Soldiers, and sure enough, the Nigerian Army, DSS and IRT descended on the State and turned it into a war zone. Orlu has been burnt, Awo-mmamma burnt and Izombe burnt to ground by Nigerian Soldiers. Hundreds have been killed and shootings are a daily occurrence. Ebubeagu has become the Governors personal Army of killers

The fighting has even spilled over to Anambra as Uzodimma becomes an exporter of insecurity

So I enjoin all Imolites to leave no stone unturned in seeing that Uzodimma is bulldozed out of Government house at the next election. He must never be allowed to hold elective office again. This is a man of trouble, not peace.

If I had the power, I would see to it he is banished from Igbo land, never to return.

Not an easy task with the level of militirilization of the whole place by the federal government. Obviously, Buhari understands that no party supported by the federal forces will win in any clean elections in Imo State. APC did nothing for Imo State! Nothing! Not even during Okorochas regime. But APC needs some states from the East for their electoral wins and that's how Imo State has become very important. They planted a dubious Uzodinmgba there for a reason.

As a result of the senseless killings, most people from Orlu zone have now ran away. Ebubeagu has been killing hundreds for fun. You can be caught in the crossfire. With the insecurity, it's only forces aligned with the state government that are running amok, especially at Orlu. Owerri and Okigwe zones will definitely vote against him, but with the electoral officers around Orlu already compromised, it's going to be a huge battle to unseat that buffoon.
