I always tell Africans that if they had sense, they'd have determined their own course instead of sticking with what the whiteman told them or wants them to be.

Why can't Africans restructure their countries to fit their cultural and tribal orientation and objectives before the whiteman disrupted them via colonialism?

All the genocides in Africa were caused by colonialism - putting together people that have nothing in common. Why would Tutsis be in Rwanda and Uganda? And why would Hutus be in Rwanda, Burundi and Congo? It's the same issue all over Africa just because some whitemen want it so and Africans agree as if we have no sense.

Why are all African resources sold to the whiteman for paper? They steal your oil and give you paper? Steal your gold and give you paper. Rubber for paper. Even copper for paper.

Most industries in the whilemans land are run with materials from Africa exchanged with paper. Why don't Africans have sense?

- as if they have a choice?
- as if it is easy to get rid of a system embedded in your everyday life?
- as if you dont know the devil that you are up against?

go check what happened to colonel Gaddafi, that would be a reminder of what happens when you try to get rid of the devil's hands in your pockets!

Besides the fact black Africans can be too docile and accepting of corrupt gov’ts because they think they (ie…themselves, family, friends, ethnicity and religion) are benefiting from the dysfunctionality and unfair status-quo….an even bigger reason why they can’t reason am as you just did is that Africans value or show more respect to strong individuals or strong ethnicities instead of building strong institutions and enthroning rule of law! This is why despots thrive on the continent! This is why you can see a country like South Sudan still squabbling…with strong men at each others throats even after breaking away from their former oppressors! Likewise, a country like Nigeria is held to ransom by a merciless ruling hegemony that draws its strength by appealing to the primordial ethnic and religious sentiments of its kinsfolk and followers! They equally use the billions of dollars of our commonwealth they have used to enrich their entrepreneurs and political elite over the past decades…coupled with their control of central gov’t and its instruments of coercion (ie..army, police, DSS, etc), to oppress the rest of the country, and with weak institutions like the judiciary and legislature being in their firm grip, it would be a herculean task for any individual, group or ethnicity to go the route you’re suggesting!

Notice how they went to the ends of the earth to kidnap Mazi Kanu whose only ‘sin’ was to ask for a referendum on secession!? As they have him in their gallows and are ignoring all pronouncements and rulings of court on according him his basic human rights, they have used their vast and stolen resources to implement the next phase of their operation, which is to sponsor false-flag murderous operations in the south-east; get their paid minions on print, electronic and social-media to pin the blame on IPOB and Mazi Kanu; and try to make it look like IPOB is factionalised by creating all manner of ‘breakaway’ factions and ‘new leaders’ like Simon Ekpa…one bitch that her name escapes me now….DOS….autopilots….and many more!

So you see, Africans are a victim of our own docility and acceptance of illegality!

Another point i think we tend to overlook is the place of neocolonialism on the African continent…esp’ sub-Saharan Africa! The remote controlling of the power structures put in place in the countries they cobbled together in Africa is another big part of the reason disparate African countries are still forced together till this day! But for the wicked interference of the Brits and all the military and logistical support they gave the bloodthirsty federal side during the Biafran war….but for this interference, southern Nigeria (not just Biafra) would have been free of these invaders today! Remember Awo said that (and i paraphrase here)….that if by omission or commission, Biafra was allowed to secede, that it would drive the final nail in the coffin of ‘one Nigeria’ because the Yoruba would sharply jakpa as well!
