INVESTMENT PROPOSAL LETTER

MBES LIMITED (“MBES”) is a Financial Services firm providing money lending and term loans for individuals and businesses in the small scale industry and service sectors. MBES is duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission and licensed as a bona-fide money lender by the Government.
MBES commenced operations in 2022 and has completed several lending cycles to individuals and small scale businesses with zero percent (0%) default rate on the loans portfolio. MBES has experienced 100% customer retention while operating on a 10% loan interest rate on a monthly tenor.
Due to demands from a rapidly increasing customer base largely facilitated by “word of mouth”, MBES loan capital has become inadequate to meet customer demands. In view of the foregoing, MBES seeks term investments from reliable and trustworthy investors based on the following conditions:
Minimum investment amount is N 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira) at a minimum tenor of 365 days and a fixed monthly profit rate of 2.5% (Two and Half Percent) on the investment amount with a 60 days moratorium on the monthly profit returns and payout.
