In one of his numerous allegations, Joe Igbokwe alter ego Uloka Chukwubuikem stated that human body parts were found in a hotel at a time when kidnapping was rife in Anambra, the owner of the hotel and his wife were arrested, the wife was released after 12 hours, but the hotel owner (Chief Bonaventure Mokwe) remained in SARS custody.

The hotel was demolished, allegedly on the orders of PO as governor. Note here that the story as reported by the Nation Newspaper on Aug 10 2013, indicated that the State House of Assembly empowered the governor to demolish such buildings, and PO did just that to a couple of buildings, not just the one owned by Chief Mokwe.

This allegation highlights how decisive and brutal PO was on criminal gangs and armed separatists while he was governor. I thought critics claimed that PO didn't keep Anambra people safe. His actions as governor are consistent with his stance of no negotiation policy with bandits.
