Delegating tasks and responsibilities without supervision is a recipe for disaster. True leaders and managers understand this.

At the moment, we have a very old man, Pa Tinubu gunning for Nigeria's presidential seat. His supporters will argue that he won't be the one executing the tasks; he will definitely delegate. But then supervision to ensure maximum output is as tasking as being hands-on on the job.

If you are not young and strong to supervise, those you delegated the job to will mess it up, except for few principled individuals. Others will do whatever they like, at the detriment of the entire nation. After all, the principal is too frail to keep watch. This is also a factor plaguing the country at present.

It's expected that at a certain age, people should retire from active service, this is for preservation of effective leadership. It is in the best interest of both the subject of leadership and to the individual in question. In this case, it is in the best interest of Nigeria that old people quit politics

There should be a law that stipulates retirement age for politicians. Nigeria's national assembly looks more like a retirement home than a house of vibrant laws.

In conclusion, for the sake of our country Nigeria, old people should stay away from politics.

We know all these, please stop writing about the man if you can, no need. You can't convince a person who has accepted and loves Nigeria the way it is, voted Buhari twice, and still planning to vote for the APC candidate because he said it was his turn.

Let's talk more about Peter Obi. More people want hope over status quo but we need to get to them with the message, and in the end good will triumph above evil
