This research study is aimed at better understanding how communication is managed within and among organizations and if cultural factors play an influential role. This study is a cross-cultural study aimed at better understanding if cultural and societal settings influence the quality of communication necessary for the optimal performance and survival of organizations and businesses in the United States and Nigeria.
