You are even dumber than I thought. When you violate contracts, you are slammed with penalties that could run into billions of dollars. The line is only worth $11Billion and Russia out owns 51% of the line. The flow of gas through NS1 every month's costs billions of dollars so you can expect the penalty to be huge. Declaring force majeure will help Gazprom avoid penalties.

I repeat again NS2 has never been put to use even though it is ready and completely built. Putin has been using NS 1 to blackmail Europe to back off supporting Ukraine just like he did when he annexed Crimea. Well, they gave him the middle finger this time, and he has now done his worse by destroying the line EU will never fall for his blackmail again.

Oga we are in October. Stop bringing news from months back. Tell me how Gazprom can supply EU with the sanctions on their gas?

Europe sanctioned NS2 not NS1. NS1 wasn't sanctioned. Russia still receives payment for NS1.

You are seriously lacking on this topic.

They sanctioned pipelines and not the gas. Lolz. I believe NS2 was the pipeline that was destroyed. So how does NS2 being destroyed help Gazprom from evading penalties on NS1 if they don't supply the gas on NS1 since NS1 was not sanctioned nor destroyed?

Ok, assuming both lines were destroyed, but even then Russia still has nothing to gain by destroying both pipelines, cos the terms of the contract were already violated by EU, when they sanctioned and seized $300b from Russia. Putin already told them he is ready to supply them gas so far as they pay in rubles.

The more gas he supplies, the more money for Russia, so sabotaging both pipelines defeats the purpose. America is the one that has the most to gain, so logic should tell you that the culprit is most likely America.

Stop nitpicking on little details that does not contribute to the fact Russia has nothing to gain by destroying both pipelines. Russian government might have been playing little tricks here and there to get EU to see the error of their ways and to lift the sanctions so they can fully resume selling their gas, but to destroy both pipelines? That is cutting off their nose to spite their face.

You are not the brightest tool in the shed.
Europe has been pointing at Russia and suspecting Russia for the sabotage. Posting pro-Russia articles from far right bloggers doesn't help your argument. It actually makes you look dumb. You probably don't even know that Norway is a NATO member. Norway and it's NATO allies are now patrolling the area.

Most far right wingers are not pro Russia, rather it's far left narcists that are pro Russia.

Force majeure will help Gazprom avoid penalties - That is Russia's gain. Since he has shut NS1, how does opening it at the other end help Europe?

The journalist was able to obtain information about the sabotage from an unnamed source who was directly involved in the preparation of the operation.

This un-named source maybe Russian perhaps. Lol

Cherry picking comments on Facebook posts. Some of the posters also appear to be not smart. How can Europe run out of electricity to produce toilet papers.

Germany's weapons exports reached a record level in 2021 all because of approval of deals worth nearly $5.6 billion. Yet Europe doesn't have electricity to produce arms cheesy

I tell you. Very idiotic post.
