Life is meant for enjoyment not suffering, progress not stagnation or backwardness, success not failure but when one refuse to follow the principles of wise living they only tends to suffer the consequences and blame it on other peoples and things but themselves. There are three basic needs of man which are food, clothing and shelter because without these they will lose their life to death by hunger and death by cold, and also to shame.

Places such as ikoyi,lagos island,VI,lekki,ikeja,yaba,surulere,oshodi,mushin,iyana-oworo,mile 2,festac,satellite town, and the rest are much very ok to rent than to buy for middle and low income earners due to the popular markets, business, government administrative functions, high cost of land sales and living, ever-increasing population of people daily flocking that areas shows that one who has yet to attained the high income earner’s mark is not capable of handling such.

This point us to the truth we can’t always dodge, that it is high time that one living in such areas as tenant should start taking necessary and wise steps to own a home as all circumstances is going against most people expectations regarding housing. Prices of rent, properties, land will keep on rising as the inflation hitting the economy very hard keeps rising.

So take that bold step to secure your housing future and stop putting or relying on another man property to still abide in when you know man can change at any time even if it is your own brother. No matters the odds against you, always believe God to help you and keep on pushing because things only work out for people who are courageous and never give up.
