1) I limit or avoid painkillers: painkillers come with a lot of risks. Instead, I embark on grounding daily to lower my stress. I ground myself to the Earth by walking barefoot. ​ It does not matter when or how. It could be by walking around in the house or kitchen or office. I spend 20 -30 doing this daily.​

2) I practice breathing exercises daily. I take a minimum of 40 deep breaths every night before sleeping while in bed.​

​3) I harness the power of special phytonutrients. These are nutrients that could be found in certain vegetables and herbs.​
4) I drink more water. I repeat I drink enough water daily.​ I equally make it a habit ​ to hydrate well before, during, and after simple exercise since I lose water through sweat and evaporation.​

5) I eat several small meals and avoid snacking. This makes me less inclined to overload salts/sweets that could raise my blood pressure​.
