Their base. GEJ had 295k votes there in 2015 (200k+), while Buhari: 1.9m. Expect Peter Obi to get at least 300k votes there. Don't forget Sabon Gari is an Igbo region, and a number of Hausa groups have sworn to vote PO. (Suffer no be your mate). (Remember Hausa has more sense than fulani or kanuri - both killers).
