An architect designed a building for my Dad but did not sign, stamp not seal the documents (the building plan).
This architect is based in Lagos and the site of building is in Ogun state.
Now he is saying the stamp or seal would have to be from Ogun state.
I doubt this so much.
Please how true is this? |

As a Nigerian you can get your building designed,signed & stamped from any part of the country..In so far as the architect and engineers who offered the design services re a member of COREN ( Council of register engineers Nigeria) & NIA ( Nigerian institute of architects) |
