The All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential flagbearer Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu chose to travel outside of the country to avoid the embarrassment of his hands shaking while signing the Peace Accord.

Informed APC sources confirmed this to Quest Times yesterday as the former Lagos State Governor returned to the country after a sudden travel out to the UK just few days to the appointed date to sign the accord publicly.

His traveling at that point was deliberate on the part of Tinubu knowing that there would be the full media glare with tonnes of press and pereonal cameras ready to capture the image of him struggling with signing the papers.

“Such a video would go viral and be a bonanza to his opponents to demonstrate his weakness. Remember that viral videos exists already of his shaky hands as he was reading his acceptance speech in June after winning the primaries,” an APC source recalled.
