Min of HND/BSC in relevant course of study
Not more than 32years old
Min. Lower credit/Second class lower
Mastery in MS Power Point, Excel and Word
Min. of 1-year relevant experience

This role requires that the job holder:
• Be technically sound on office administration and stakeholder management as they relate to strategic and operational goals of the business
• Be proactive and tactful yet firm in dealing with issues
• Be highly strategic-minded and resourceful
• Must exude confidence and an aura of self-respect
• Must always have a strong work ethic and professional orientation
• Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality from time to time

Job Description:
1. Act as the intermediary between the Group Head and other members of the group as well
as external parties to make the Group’s Head engagements hitch-free
2. Attend meetings with the Group Head when required to and provide required support on technical issues pertaining to operations
3. Prepare and manage all Group Head’s cross-functional and external correspondences
4. Carry out preliminary assessments of challenging situations and provide reports and recommendations to the Group Head to aid robust decision-making
5. Conduct research and prepare technical materials required for presentations at group meetings or management meetings (When required) and submit to the Group Head for final review
6. Prepare and manage the calendar of the Group Head ensuring that meetings and other official engagements are had at scheduled times
7. Engage all direct reports of the Group Head to ascertain status of assigned deliverables within specified timelines and provide reports to the Group Head on same
8. Make weekly and monthly reports to the Group Head on assigned tasks and general business activities
