Stop⛔⛔ deducting PENSION and PAYE that you will not remit into the appropriate agencies.

This is called stealing.
You can't tell your employees that you are compliant with statutory regulations and then do another.

When you deduct pension please pay it into employees individual RFA

When you deduct PAYE remit it into employees individual PAYE account.

Alot of employees have been denied their funds because an employers deduct this funds from their salary on a monthly basis and never remit, especially when you resign and leave the said organisation.

If you don't remit what you deduct on a monthly basis you are STEALING.
