Otondo if you are not ignorant, the report you post is June 2015, Obiano took over from Obi on May 18 2014, so that long stretch of road Onitsha to Awka was done by Obiano with in 11 months, and FG with RCC constructed one section of express Road Umunya to Awka which is almost half of the road for 5yrs you are just ignorant on this
