Hello everyone, i'm new to this part of Nairaland, read some threads that i really fell in love with. Hoping to find real help in my case too. I reside at Karu, Abuja in a govt property, been planning and saving for a house of my own for a little while now, now i have a total of 4.2 million cash and i want to know how much a 3bedroom duplex will cost and if what i have can almost finish it, if not finish it in 3months. Land, Archi etc inclusive (don't mind if the Land is along Kurudu or that area). Would want a large living room, a bedroom (ensuite), kitchen, store, a mini gym downstairs, one master bedroom and another room (also ensuite) and study upstairs. waiting,
