In a recent NANS press release signed by her National Vice President, External Affairs said
"The attention of the Office of the Vice President, External Affairs of National Association of Nigerian Students, NANS, was drawn to the video clips and media briefing of Pastor Wole Oladuyan, Senior Pastor of Christ Livingspring Apostolic Ministries (CLAM) on the incessant prolonged Academic Staff Union of Universities (A.S.U.U) strike which has left millions of Nigerian students at home idly for over 8months by a well meaning Nigerian youth, Amb Adebuji Oluwatosin Sunday who's also a member of the christian ministry, CLAM.

Foremost, on behalf of all the Nigerian students in the country and diaspora, do I, Comrade Akinteye Babatunde Afeez, Vice President - External Affairs, NANS appreciates your one of a kind display of humanity by identifying with the pains and agonies of the Nigerian students especially at a time like this where the Nigerian students has been abandoned to our fate.

The entire Nigerian students also carefully noted the total use of Pastor Wole Oladuyan's platform, Christ Livingspring Apostolic Ministries (CLAM) as a medium to offer progressive and practical solutions to curb this disgraceful menace that has been brought on the majority of the Nigerian youths - the Nigerian students. The entire Nigerian students praise Pastor Wole for risking the image and integrity of his well reached, well respected pastoral platform to address all parties in the FG - ASUU rift and also the thoughtfulness to spearhead the project.

During the course of the media briefing of Pastor Wole Oladuyan, we cannot over praise the boldness and truthfulness manner of which the problems were called and solutions were detailed. The entire Nigerian students also identifies with Pastor Wole Oladuyan on emphasizing that only the Federal and State Governments cannot eradicate the rot in the Education sector of the country. There's a need for a synergy between meaningful individuals, corporate bodies, religious bodies, financial organizations, political office holders, non governmental organizations and the general public to put hands and heads in unison in a bid to reposition the reshape the nation's educational sector and we appreciate Pastor Wole Oladuyan for the wake up call in his message during the media briefing.

In the course of Pastor Oladuyan's media briefing, he suggested a BACK2SCHOOL Initiative which is dutiful for procurement, administration, disbursment and supervision of the Trust Fund .A TrustFund been suggested to be created for the purpose of paying ASUU and further tackling the current rots in the educational sector. Pastor Wole Oladuyan further offers a hand of fellowship and invites well meaningful individuals, churches, mosques, financial institutions, oil and gas sector, manufacturing sector and all members of the private sector to come on board and project the idea to fruition.

The entire Nigerian students are grateful to Pastor Wole Oladuyan and Christ Livingspring Apostolic Ministries (CLAM) Global for not only identifying and lamenting but also professing practical solutions to help our nation in the course of nation building. I beseech other religious leaders and men of the society with high rise platforms to vocally and intentionally help the student's community in a bid to return back to our classrooms.

We also call on corporate bodies to pay what's required of their organizations to the educational sector in obedience to the law of the land to ensure proper funding of the sector. I, Comr. Akinteye Babatunde Afeez, popularly called BABTEE appeal to meaningful individuals, corporate bodies, religious bodies, financial institutions, oil and gas institutions, manufacturing institutions, all members of the private sector, political office holders, non governmental organizations and Nigerians in diaspora to come on board and put all hands, heads and hearts together in a bid to reposition the educational sector of the country.

Whilst we urge all parties to stop the blame game, we frankly advise all parties not to any manner politicize the educational sector and the struggles of the Federal Government and the Academic Staff Union of Universities as the Human Capital Development of any nation must not be toyed with or used as a tool for political games.

Remember, a nation who builds her youths, builds her future."

Truly, we urge all meaningful Nigerians to get on this project.
