What he made public did not have INEC stamp like Tinubu's own.

Which shows that he did not submit it to avoid the conflict of names like the APC gubernatorial running mate in Bayelsa that cost David Lyon his victory.

Peter Obi's own was GCE Degree.

The UNN degree certificate later released by associates of Obi, did not have the INEC stamp like the Chicago State University certificate of Tinubu that was stamped by INEC.

The conclusion is that Obi refused to submit his UNN certificate to INEC to avoid legal issues, and only submitted it to the public.

Hence Peter Obi is contesting for the Presidency with GCE, Tinubu is contesting with BSc, while Atiku is contesting with MSc he recently acquired.
