Due to physical and mental incapacitation as a result of old age, Tinubu may not be able to face the rigours of campaign accross the country and may throw in the towel. In the event of him stepping down before election, who is legally right among Shetima, Amaechi or Osinbajo to take over the party's flag from him? What does the law says. I pray may BAT receive healing and be made whole.
