Making Movies That Will Be Accepted By Netflix and Amazon Prime Video SVOD

Over 1,800 movies are produced annually in Nollywood and Kannywood. But only less than 10% of the movies are accepted by the film distributors for the cinemas and only less than 5% are accepted by Netflix and Amazon Prime Video SVOD and other popular streaming platforms. Less than 40% are accepted by the major cable TV networks in Nigeria.

Unknown to the majority of the filmmakers in Nigeria there is a formula for making the movies that will meet the criteria for Netflix and Amazon Prime Video SVOD.

I succeeded in getting the theatrical release of "The American King" in Nigeria and the the international distribution of "Eagle Wings" by Vision Films Inc of California, USA.
The filmmakers of the two films are from Benue State. Dr. Adah Obekpa, a Nigerian medical doctor based in America produced and directed "The American King" and Paul Apel Papel produced and directed "Eagle Wings".

I have an international agent for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video SVOD and other leading streaming platforms and cable TV networks in the world.
If you want a movie or TV series to be accepted, you have to make sure you use the formula of the criteria required for the acquisition and distribution.
