Hey guyz, i didnt choose lautech but now i want to go for a prescience there, do i need to obtain a change of institution form or i have no chance?

Yeah,there is a programme called PDS meaning pre degree science and d incoming student had written an exam which qualify them to start d programme nd thier result came out yes*da,but u can still obtain d change of institution form cos there'll still be a supplementry exam so i wish Good Luck.
