Please who knows these animals that were killed recently by a friend in part of Anambra village affected by the flood.

This animal is on rampage and many others as their natural habitat has been overtaken by the flood.

Let someone identify these animals and share their name.

this mindset is why we keep reading news of westerners killed by wild animals, squirrels are a menace in my village in Anambra state,killing them for food is a welcome development.

That's not squirrel, I don't know the English name though but we call it Ururunta in my Igbo dialect. This animal can run for Africa and doesn't clamb the tree. It leaves inside hole like rabbit and cutting grass.

I think it's squirrel, they are very common in Anambra due to the numbers of palm trees in the state, no day that I won't see more than 10 in my area.
