How did the writer investigate and determine that the honours are for sale or given to the highest bedders?

I am not a government supporter, but we should be cautious of what we spew out because we have been given the liberty of free speech.

It is not possible to grant honours to every deserving Nigerian at thesame time. Haba!!!

Next year is another opportunity, there are many a Nigerian that were honoured posthumously.
