It was indeed a remarkable event as distinguished personalities around the World were honored at the Unprecedented Leadership Awards held on Saturday, 27th November 2021 at the Nigeria National Merit Awards House, Maitama Abuja Nigeria.

Those awarded includes the Former Governor of Benue State now Minister of Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Affairs Distinguished Senator George Akume ably represented by his special assistant Amb. Dr. Fatima, Amb. Victoria Olatunde Young, Hon. Abiodun Essiet, Dolly Doxin Canada, and Mary Kurek U.S.A among others were honored at the award ceremony,

Speaking at the event, the representative of Sen. George Akume appreciated the organizers for recognizing the minister and stated that the minister is committed to transformational leadership in Nigeria. Chairman, Planning Committee, Amb. Igweshi Augustine said the award is a prestigious international recognition and honor which recognizes distinguished personalities worldwide for their track records of unprecedented leadership prowess and excellence in their various fields of endeavors as well as their contributions to society.

In his words, this award is a landmark initiative of the African Transformer Institute (ATI), Global Socioeconomic and Financial Evolution Network Worldwide with a presence in 90 countries, Center for Peace Advocacy and Sustainable Development, (CEPASD), and the Lead Gate Global to recognize and honor distinguished personalities around the world for their outstanding leadership prowess and their contributions in different field of endeavors, profession and the society at large

Also speaking, Engr. Aminu Wakali, a recipient applauded the organizers of the award for recognizing those who have contributed to leadership development in Nigeria and around the world. He thanked the organizers for bringing distinguished personalities together to celebrate them despite the pandemic. Also, he urges Nigerians to embrace transformational leadership.

Highlights of the event were the presentation of African Transformers Magazine which featured the awards recipients and performances by artists and musicians.
