There are two approaches you can take to deal with these pesky Crystalians. As previously stated, melee builds have an advantage over ranged builds. But there are still amazing sorceries you can use to inflict massive damage and dismantle that armour.

Because Crystalians are not made of flesh, they are naturally immune to attacks like Bleed and Lightning. As a result, a barrage of powerful physical attacks with heavy weapons is ideal for piercing the Crystalians' armour. Weapons such as the Grafted Blade Greatsword or the Sword of Night-and-Flame should be considered. You really can't go wrong with either of them. Bloodhound's Fang is another viable option.

If you're up against a Spear and Staff combo, equip your Flask of Wondrous Physick with Opaline Bubbletear. It's worth noting that every Putrid Crystalians attack quickly causes Scarlet Rot.

As previously stated, there are some extremely powerful and amazing sorceries that can deal massive amounts of damage. The issue arises when you are confronted with more than one, and keeping distance becomes an issue. For maximum physical damage, we recommend using sorceries such as Comet, Rock Sling, and Comet Azur.
