Aristotle in is work stated that man by nature is a political animal, the truth is that we all have our own interests at heart.

Nonetheless we are not in the hobbesian state of nature but a social contract; where dictates ought to be properly guided, same time respected.

That man is a political animal does not justify an act of wrong against social contracts, rather it reveals the consciousness of man towards who get what, how and when. Furthermore, according to a quick Google search "In his Politics, Aristotle believed man was a "political animal" because he is a social creature with the power of speech and moral reasoning: Hence it is evident that the state is a creation of nature, and that man is by nature a political animal".
