I can tell you for free that this Appeal Court Judgement is Fake News


It would mean that if Cameroon Captures the leaders of Boko Haram and Iswap then immediately hands them over to the Nigerian Govt then the Government is supposed to release them without taking them to Court because FG will have no right to Prosecute them

That would mean that the FG must now release all the Boko Haram Terrorists that Cameroon handed over to Nigeria

The Court of Appeal would never do that

Give it 2 more days and the Truth will be confirmed

Innocence or guilt is for the courts to decide. However, if you illegally arraign someone in court, that person has no case to answer because you did not come to court with clean hands

When the Nigerian government chose to illegally abduct and bring Kanu to Nigeria to face trial, it came to court with very dirty hands

The Cameroonian government has no business arresting Boko haram and handing them over to Nigeria without extradition proceedings. It is against the Nigerian extradition act fir Nigeria to even accept those people

Once you arrest a person in one country, and hand that person over to another country, with no extradition process, or international arrest warant, it is kidnapping

If it were not for this, any country would be able to grab anyone, and take them anywhere in the world.

Lol truly APC urchies are very useless when it come to defend her. I thought you said even if Heaven comes down Buhari will not release NK? There is nothing political here because we all knows FG have no case against him. All the charges against NK na wash wash that hold to water.

Fear won't even allow APC campaign in South East I guarantee you that.
