Op would have done better reporting this in the 'complaints thread' rather than open a new thread to complain. I did not do the moving. Probably other authorities did, and mistakenly dropped into Foreign affairs, instead of Tribalism section. Not being a mod in 'foreign affairs section' I will not be able to move it out of there to the right section but will contact the supermod to move it to the right section.
