Having scholarship schemes ... the community benefits. Funding school fees for some who cannot afford it ... someone is given the opportunity to be successful in life and help others when he gets there. This is what giving back is all about.
Now look at what Davido has been doing .... spraying money on this individual .... does she need it? Be does not do community projects like his father .... nor have schemes like his father to give the poor the opportunity to get out of poverty. In my opinion though the father was/is chairman of board of a lot of companies. Some of the biggest companies you can think of in Nigeria. I don’t want to list names…So he has “structures” so to say on ground to work with.
Davido on the other hand is still a “young” musician. No defined structure…
But this doesn’t take anything away from Davido as having a giving heart. Remember he once raised over 250million naira for some orphanage homes? He gives no doubt…am sure not all he does will be put out there in the public…but he does his own giving the way he can.
