In 7 years, our petrol consumption in this nation has almost tripled with the greater volume going to the North when all indices indicate that the South consumes more. Na Niger and Chad we dey subsidize fuel for since Buhari enter na! In Niger, they don’t even bother to purchase fuel from their filling stations anymore because Naija fuel is cheaper and readily available on the streets. And the average Nigerian continues to bear the burden of the freebie in ignorance. I call on @DavidHundeyin to quit his banter with Aisha Yesufu and beam his searchlight on our fuel consumption figures. It’ll help Nigerians get some clarity on the subsidy rot in that NNPC.

There are two sets of people who can solve Nigerian problem.
1. People that have never been in power before.
2. People who were ex leaders.

It shouldn't be out of the ordinary if Nigeria consumes 66 million litres of fuel daily na.

You Nigerians should learn to think things through for yourself and stop letting other people think for you.

Nigeria has population of over 200 miliion people, with over 11 million vehicles and with millions of people fueling their generators everyday.

If an average of 15 million people (which is less than 7.5% of our population) consumes as little as 4.4 litres of fuel everyday, you'd have 66 million litres of fuel consumption per day.

The countries (Egypt, Ivory Coast, Kenya etc) that he mentioned doesn't have light issue like Nigeria so they won't be buying fuel for generators. They'd only consume fuel on their cars.

Nigeria, a country of over 200 million people, consuming 66 million litres of fuel per day is very very believable..
