Buhari also building infrastructure.

But we are moving too slowly.
We need to borrow over five hundred billion dollars to build things across the country.

Nigeria government and waste.
White elephant project.
Anything for the cheap score.
Most likely this project will serve only one purpose, enriched the pocket of a few individual.
What is the need of Cargo airport in Ekiti?
Billions of naira that can spent on Tangible things.
Na this same Fayemi convert Textile industry to shopping complex.
This politicians are no brainer.
After Lagos, the city that can operate Cargo airport in Nigeria are maybe Kano and Anambra.
But every governor dey build airport, Aregbesola also wasted billions of Osun state money on abandoned airport project while owing salaries.
Imagine the billion this so called Engr Fayemi wasted on this soon to be irrelevant of a airport, let’s say you’ve spent that on grassroots infrastructure.
Setup some reasonable business for the government, like agricultural processing complex.
This same Fayemi of APC spent a huge amount of money renovating Adekunle Fajuyi park, you will wonder how much it cost to plant a grass and tree.
Fayose too did a flyover that’s not needed, white elephant project, but that’s still far better than Cargo airport in Ekiti.
It’s like Buhari building a rocket station…. We will hope it will serve us someday, but when that day comes we will need a new rocket station because that will be 30 years from now.
If Ekiti will need a cargo airport it will be by 2050.

To this man, no infrastructure is needed in Ekiti. I shake my head for you.

A Nigerian Air Force ATR-42 MPA is the first aircraft to land at the newly built Ekiti State Airport in Ado-Ekiti the state capital
Say it loud!

This is a giant leap for Ekiti State economically. I didn't even know that construction had reached this runway level.

The Airforce ATR-42 MPA cockpit experience was truly historic as the plane flew over the lush green hills and landscape of Ado-Ekiti and landed in real-time.

Kudos to Gov. John Kayode Fayemi and his team who did this once and for all to save future costs due to inflation. Folks will be flying in from the Nigerian/Ekiti Diaspora in Europe, Canada, USA, Lagos, Abuja, etc, for international business and tourism.
