Sit-At-Home Paralyses Activities In Anambra by beerfraud: 5:14am On Oct 18, 2022

The weekly sit-at-home again on Monday paralysed activities in parts of Anambra State.

Banks, offices, markets, motor parks, shops, schools and petrol stations, as usual, remained shut in the major cities of Onitsha, Nnewi, Obosi, Ekwulobia, and some parts of Awka.

Although the Indigenous People of Biafra has long announced the cancellation of the exercise, the people continue to observe it for fear of attack by hoodlums enforcing it.

A resident of Okpoko, Onitsha, identified as Okamnobi, said the people intensified the sit-at-home to protest the Federal Government’s disobedience to the court judgment that ordered the release of IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu.

“We are happy with the Appeal court judgment in favour of Nnamdi Kanu but because we are used to staying indoors on Mondays, the court judgment, even if it is in favour, didn’t stop us because that day has been earmarked for the club, town and other meetings for people,” he said further.

A trader at Nkwo Nnewi Triangle market, who simply identified herself as Ogochukwu, said it would be hard to discontinue the Monday sit-at-home as people have taken it to be a work-free day.

Although, the state police command, through the spokesman, Tochukwu Ikenga, assured the people of adequate security, while telling them to ignore the sit-at-home, but the pleas have fallen on deaf ears

You mean Obi's senility?

At age 61, baba Obi's brain is dying.

We Nigerian youths are still demanding for his medical records.

Also, no terrorist sympathiser or rebel would be allowed to rule the federal state.

Buhari is the chief security officer of this nation.
Sit at home on mondays in the East, some local governments in the north has been taken over by terrorists and the people made to pay heavy taxes to the terrorists in other to be alive.

All these are products of Buhari's actions and inaction.

May APC never happen to Nigeria again

Sitting at home 3 days in seven days including Saturdays and sundays ! Hope they are ready for the consequences, especially the women... Men that don't have jobs will now take out their frustration on their wives...Impregnating them with reckless abandon at the same time increasing molestations...

Let Peter Obi go and put his house in order first. A man whose house is on fire doesn't go on picnic. Since they say that he's the modern Hercules that can carry Nigeria's challenges on his head unaided, let's see how far he can go proffering solutions to the insecurity in Anambra state, his home state. Porsin wey wan dash his clothe na the one he wear go show how rich e be!
