Many of us find it difficult to talk to someone to counsel us on issues like this. But honestly we need it. Take away the shame and pride and meet someone who can really help. Not just someone who both of u will end up just gusting and laughing about it.
I want to give u my own little advise. I fought an addiction for more than 8years. And the first thing I did to fight it is to make a sincere decision to stop.
Take control of urself. Avoid any thing that will trigger such feelings. Delete any app that will trigger it. Avoid Facebook and unnecessary skits with xrated Content. Cos they will keep u tied to ur phone for hours and before u know u find urself on those sites again.
Then the last thing I did to fight my own addiction was to always tell God in my morning that I don't want to do it today and before I sleep I thank God for not doing it. And during those period there were days I messed up but I still tell God to forgive me and pray for more grace. Bro it's a gradual process the healing takes time but u have to sincerely make up ur mind to stop, get a good person that will help u to fight it together and then carry God along. May God give u the grace bro.
