The honest truth of the matter is that your bullet point is the ingredient in your copy that will make your readers picture themselves enjoying the benefit your product or service offers them.

HOWEVER, YOUR COPY WOULD BECOME MONTONOUS (REPETITIOUS AND LACKING IN VARIETY) WHEN YOU USE THE SAME TYPE OF BULLET POINTS.


Today we will briefly x-ray the BLIND BULLET.


The blind bullet is a “master bullet” that all other bullets fall under. The blind bullet tantalizes your reader with a curiosity-inducing statement but does not reveal the secret. As an aftermath, this type of bullet leaves an open loop that the mind longs to fill/complete.

The blind bullet would have your reader thinking like “I WANT TO KNOW THE ANSWER BEHIND THIS PARTICULAR BULLET”. The only way the reader can know is to buy the product or pay for the service.

For instance, if you are trying to sell a book on how to run a successful e-commerce business, could write something like this:

“ALIKO DANGOTE’S E-COMMERCE SECRET REVEALED IN THIS BOOK”

Hello dear reader, I’m sure you crushed the just concluded week and accomplished all/some of your goals for the week!

Let’s switch to the next gear on this subject!

Remember that your bullet point is the ingredient in your copy that will make your readers picture themselves enjoying the benefit your product or service offers them.

Last time out we focused on the “blind bullet”, (CLICK THIS LINK INCASE YOU MISSED IT) today we’ll beam our search light on the “Themed Sequence bullet”.

This type of bullet spells out the ISSUES YOUR PRODUCT ADRESSES. In other words, this bullet places EMPHASIS ON THE PROBLEMS YOUR PRODUCT OR SERVICE SEEKS TO SOLVE.

Let’s assume you are trying to solve diet related problems or excessive weight/fat problems, you could write something like this:

 THE SEVEN DEADLY DIET SINS

 THE THREE FOODS YOU SHOULD NEVER EAT THAT ARE RECOMMENDED BY YOUR DOCTOR. EAT THESE FOODS AND YOU ARE SURE TO STAY FAT


 WHY THE TIME OF DAY YOU EXERCISE IS VERY IMPORTANT AND WHY MOST DIET GURUS HAVE THIS INFORMATION WRONG
