Human activities have been the main driver of climate change, primarily due to the burning of fossil fuels (like forest, coal, oil and gas), which produces heat, deforestation, leading to dessert encroachment.
usage and implementation of clean energy like solar and cleaner gas with little adverse effects on the climate will help to reduce the impact.

Finding solutions and mitigations to climate change is a sole responsibility of all nations including developing country like Nigeria.
For a presidential candidate to say if we don't get funding from Western world we are doing nothing is wrong and disgraceful.

As little as planting trees, stopping bush burning can go a long way to mitigate climate change and it adverse effects.

Pls, let's stop making a mockery of our collective responsibility, sensibility and defending those who have no business to be in governance as a result of cluelessness.
Being a governor is different from being a president.
President is exposed to international interaction and scrutiny and his ability and carriage determine how his country is respected and viewed.
We all have seen how low Buhari has taken us because of his zero intellect to engage world leaders, pls let's stop packaging vegetables as Sunflowers.

Life is not all about our stomach and pocket.

Its better to keep mute on a subject you're not aware of than opening your mouth and spilling rubbish.
Thank God Tinubu never said such nonsense before the international community live via BBC, CNN, Al Jazeera, France 24. Imagine the disgrace

Maybe its Mc Oluomo that will try to explain Tinubu's idioms to them

Did you watch the event? Infact Tinubu was so aware of the international community that he made it known to everyone in the hall including viewers at home. Or didn't you watch it live. If not for Tinubu I doubt if anyone of us have knowledge about how African countries are being given so little to manage the issues of climatic change.

He's aware of the international community does not mean he is before the international community.
Does Arewa House in Kaduna look like an international community to you?

With what he said and how is said it. One can only expect the best for Africa at the U.N with so much courage from a man who knows his right from his left.

Anyone abusing Tinubu on this matter is just being woke. We have a collective responsibility, no doubt. But the West are borderline hypocrites on this matter. Coal for example is the cheapest source of energy. It is by far cheaper than nuclear, natural gas, oil.

Africa is responsible for only 2% of climate change emissions, and we signed a pact stopping us from investing in coal plants.

The Same Europe that's championing that same pact, ditched it the moment Russia placed a Gas embargo on them. Coal plants are now being resuscitated in the same country the pact was signed. Ever wondered why both Johnathan and Buhari ditched the idea of coal exploration in Enugu? Dangote was restricted from maximising his coal mining in Ankpa, Kogi State for this same reason. Sometimes we just need to ask ourselves salient questions. It's not about the candidate, for those that'll come for me. If Africa reaches a Net Zero emission, the climate change won't slow down. Not by an inch. The real perpetrators ain't doing much.

A man who depends on others to tell him his right from the left....and tells people that he has been instructed to read the script they gave him. grin
We don't need any President that will require unnecessary explanations for his dumb speeches.

You're not more Yoruba than Aregbesola, Osinbajo, Obasanjo, Afenifere, OPC and others who have dumped BAT.

The bolded has been the very strength of Tinubu. The very reason he is different from all of the rest. He surrounds himself with people better than him. Is it true that Peter Obi receives his own advice from a mentally ill man on the street?

Climate change is not the problem of Nigeria
Corrupt politcians like Tinubu and Atiku who have siphoned billions of funds meant for state and national development are the problem.

There is no strength or sense in being and acting the role of a robot. We already have a robot in the Presidency. Nigeria doesn't need another one in 2023.
Also be certain he will come distant third in 2023

You all said the same thing before he became the APC flagbearer. Well we shall all meet on election day. Majority carries the vote.

Primary Elections and Presidential elections are not the same category.
Even Atiku has been winning primaries before BAT.
You think we're talking of one party primary elections here?

The most difficult part of the race for Tinubu to becoming Nigeria's next president was the party primaries. Honestly, the whole race has been won since then. Others are only wasting their time.

That's what Tinubu told you abi. Keep deceiving yourself to think APC will even come second.
APC is Buhari and Buhari is APC.
APC goes with Buhari
