Responsibilities:

Maintain good communication with customers and provide an excellent customer service experience
Make and receive internal and external calls.
Attend inbound calls, chats, and replies to emails. Proffer solutions to customers/Agents and give customers information on our available products and services
Act and communicate proactively, keeping management informed of any issues arising.
Requirements:

Customer service orientation
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Young school graduates or 6 months of experience.
