An Executive Assistant is needed in an Indegenous Conglomerate (Gas, Energy Infrastructure and Construction). The Executive Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities and aides the MD/DMD in facilitating the efficient operation of the organization acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Handling tasks such as scheduling, managing calendar, setting up meetings, reviewing, prioritizing and responding to email when necessary, also coordinating travel arrangements and any other administrative tasks.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Msc is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5-7 years experience doing similar roles as an Executive
Assistant /Administrator. Previous experience in the energy sector would
be a good to have.
