Hello Nairalanders! Kindly read and respond.

As a property owner/manager, what is the most important quality you look out for in a tenant you want to accept into your property? Is it:

a. Prompt rent payment: A tenant that pays rent on/before the expiration of his current rent.

b. Good Interpersonal relation: A tenant that relates well with other tenants in the property or neighbours in the locality.

c. Good property usage/ management: A tenant that takes care of the property, uses the property well and repairs internal damages promptly.

d. Quiet & peaceful tenant: A tenant that does not cause trouble in the property and does not disturb the neighbourhood (eg by playing loud music or hosting parties too frequently)

e. Commensurate family size: A tenant that has a family commensurate to the property type (e.g. A family of six in a one bedroom flat may not be seen as commensurate).

Which is your most preferred tenant? OR arrange the five in order of priority. Thank you.
