The information was made available for public awareness through The Head of National Office, Patrick Areghan, on Tuesday at a luncheon organised by the exam body in Lagos State Nigeria.

He also further discuss that the digital certificate set to be launched on 20th Thursday, October 2022, he said the development also applies to those who wrote the exams between 1999 till date, adding that the preceding years would be considered much later.

Hi please the dob on my Weac isn’t tallied with the birth certificate can I use affidavit in the case because Weac can’t help to change it

The information is for those that "lost their waec certificates", not for those that don't have or submitted original copies to the military when others were giving photocopies cheesy

Correction and rectification of any WAEC , WAEC Gce results, mistake on date of Birth ( DoB ) , Names spelling mistake and Year is still on going .
Plz note : Waec mistake on Results or Certificate can be corrected, rectify and Candidate will be issued another new original Waec Certificate.

affidavit doesn't work. you must find a way to correct your dob mistake and reissue another new certificate
