The govt attention needs to be brought on the impending disease outbreak in Mile 12 area of Lagos state where some individuals pollute the environment for money. They construct wooden structures on the Maidan river bank and convert it to public toilets thereby leading to environmental pollution without having regards for the health implications of doing so. There are more than 10 of such structures and while others don't have a septic tank but rather channel pipe to the drainage system or river directly to discard faeces. It is wrong and if not checked, it will be disastrous. I hope the relevant authorities will do the needful by bringing down the structures and bringing the culprits to book. Thank you all

No pictures for now, but hoping to get the pictures very soon. The environment is messy. You can imagine feaces floating on flooded water. It's an eyesore. There are more than 10 of such structures and if it goes unchecked, only God know how many more will be erected. I hope drastic action can be taken asap
