Actually, they can trek to the US. It's worth it. This Nigeria na zoo. It'll take approximately 4days by foot to US.

stop with the sarcasm. There are many valid reasons why people want to japa.

Canada particularly has very good quality of life. This is something very missing in Nigeria. Health, Environment, Food Security etc. You are more likely to die in Nigeria due to poor emergency response than in Canada.

I however agree with you that economic reasons might not be valid for anyone who earns above 1million per month. I also agree with your post about those who use conversion to naira for economic comparisons rather than value of money.
