Before the commencement of business, the following conditions have to be met;
Procurement: It is highly recommended that the vehicles be procured by Blinkharm Ltd as we offer fair prices and other value-added services after the procurement such as securing all licenses and operating documents (vehicle papers and number plates).
Investment Evaluation: Interested investors can purchase or bring any of our recommended vehicle specifications. In this case the investor is expected to fill out our mechanical evaluation sheet. This allows us conduct a test to ascertain the mechanical status and valuation of the vehicle to be used for this service.
Insurance: All vehicles registered under our scheme will be fully insured (comprehensive insurance) to guarantee repayment for cost of the vehicle in case of any incident
Proof of ownership: True ownership of the vehicles offered into the scheme will be verified by relevant law enforcement agencies to avoid the use of stolen vehicles for the service in the case of those bringing their vehicles.
Documentation and Memorandum: The last stage will be to legalize the contract before operations commence.

1. What kind of vehicles do you accept for this scheme?
We only accept the following brands of vehicles
a) Trucks ( MAN diesel and Mercedes )
b) Buses (Toyota Coaster buses)
c) Taxi Cars (Corolla 2005-2010)

2. Do you have specification to the manufacturer’s date and engine capacity?
Yes we do. We recommend vehicles with a maximum engine capacity of 2.0 liters for the small vehicles with selected years as the minimum manufacturing date.
3. Is investing with us a better deal?
Yes. While we strive to provide the best transport service in the FCT and Nigeria, we would offer professional care to your cars reducing the wear and tear while also keeping up with your monthly remittance.
4. Who is responsible for the operation and management cost for the vehicle and service cost?
As soon as the customer fulfills all documentation procedures, Blinkharm Transport service shall bear all management and operational cost on behalf of the vehicle owner until the expiration of the contract term.
5. What could lead to delays in monthly remittance?
The only reason for a possible delay in monthly remittance on the rental arrangement will be in cases of civil unrest, accident, acts of terror, fuel scarcity and industrial action that impede free movement. In cases like this, a pro rata fee is paid for the period worked during the month.
6. What are the conditions to back out of this agreement?
Investors are at liberty to back out at anytime with a 60 days prior notice.
7. How long does it take to procure the vehicle
Blinkharm Autos can help you procure a vehicle that would suit our Transport Management Scheme.
However, this will require a delivery window of 7 working days before the vehicle is delivered. Vehicles purchased on-behalf of the client will be in the client’s name.

8. If I sign up for your Transport management scheme, how soon can I start accessing my monthly remittance?
If you have an existing vehicle that suits the scheme, it will take 30days to do all paper works and documentation.
