You riri don pieces laptop to be able to home in on the issue. I support your diagnosis that it's a possible RAM issue. Na whether the guy sabi open laptop na hin be the Koko nau.

Remove the battery, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Then put the battery back and hope for the best.
