The last suit was lost because the court claimed they didn't file through the proper channel.

Now this guy Don file through the right channel according to the court.

Mayne now Sherrif will have to defend his cert and not be technicality.

These people know their secrets and before they dey press with this case, something is not right.

PDP may end up being the big loser here.
That was not true, check the ruling and be guided.

PDP might end up not having governorship candidate in Delta State if all this law suits continues unabated.

Maybe they want to give APC and easy ride.

Since Ibori can't install his puppet he wants everything to just scatter.
This particular case will be trashed. The plaintiff has no locus standi to institute the case abinitio and the case is equally status barred. He he is not a candidate in PDP primaries and 30 days stipulated by the electoral act to challenged the emergence of any candidate from a primaries has long elapsed.
