Hisbah (Islamic moral police) in Kano State say they have impounded three vehicles laden with 5,800 bottles of beer.

Commander-General of the Hisbah Board, Dr Harun Ibn-Sina, made assertion on Monday in Kano while inspecting the impounded vehicles at the Hisbah office.

The board’s spokesman, Malam Lawan Fagge, stated that the three vehicles were impounded on Sunday.

Meanwhile, the fulani government of Nigeria is collecting the full tax of alcohol production and sales in Nigeria.
There are no stupid people like southern Nigerians who can't sue Hisbah to court. All the bottles belong to a company paying tax to Nigeria and owning a license from the Nigerian government. The beer belongs a business owner who is also paying tax to the government and also owns a license.

The case is already in court if you count VAT case. If you care to sue go head you'll just have to show standing. States rights allows them to destroy the bottle nobody is arguing that point.
