The court oi appeal in Abuja on Monday reserved a judgement in an application by the federal government seeking a stay of the execution of judgement that released nnamdi kanu Justice haruna tsanami who preside over the hearing of the application announced that a date for the delivery of the judgement will be communicated to both parties when ready Following thi., the federal government said it's studying ty judgement, contending that kanu was discharged but not aquitted and later said it will appeal the judgement
