Online Dynamics Ltd is echoing the alleged united nation update on the organ trafficking surge in the middle east. The United Nations (UN) allegedly has raised the alarm about the booming black market for human body organs in the Middle East, warning Africans to beware of traffickers who disguise as job providers.
The United Nations Alert document states, the black market for parts of the human body is booming in the Middle East.
"A kidney now costs 262,000 dollars (N157 million); the heart costs 119,000 dollars (N71.5million) and the liver costs 157,000 dollars (N94.2million).
"Beware of fake foreign agencies promising to make you work abroad. They process your papers, pay your plane ticket and just take you abroad pretending they want to find you a job, but instead, they kill their victims, and recover all the precious parts of their bodies.
"Many people have been offered jobs in the Middle East and so far, their families have been unable to locate them,” the UN alert read.
However, non-existing jobs hasn't been the only way people are been lured into this menace, love & Romance has also been appealing tool in the hand of the perpetrators. the case of a lady named Sola, who was a resident of Mokola, a popular area in the ancient city of Ibadan, who met a man named Tayo on Facebook and was fooled into loving him and he got her visa and all documentation for her to visit him in Malaysia. she got sick after eating her first meal in Malaysia, sola was rushed to the hospital and she was able to regain her consciousness after 48 hours. the doctor told her she was lucky to be alive as she was struggling with chronic malaria but he assured her she'll be fine because she was in capable hands.
she got discharged and had a nice time with Tayo before returning to Nigeria. Upon her arrival in Nigeria, she realized Tayo had blocked her on all communication channels they were previously using including Facebook where they met. sola moved on with her life only to have difficulties with urinating 2 months after her arrival. she eventually landed at University College Hospital (UCH) Ibadan, where it was revealed to her that one of her kidneys had been removed and her current health issue was as a result of a complication from the organ removing surgery she had. Unfortunately for Sola, she didn't survive the escapade.
While the organ market is booming presently in middle east, we advise people to take note of countries that are notorious for this same vice. According to usanew.com, the flowing countries top the list for Human/Organ Trafficking;
1. Syria
2. China
3. Pakistan
4. Belarus
5. Venezuela
6. Iran
7. North Korea
8. Russia
9. Eritrea
10. Afghanistan
we urge the general public to be very vigilant of the rising plague of organ harvesting that’s currently ravaging our world, it might come in any form or packaged to suit your expectations as migration has been on the increase in our dear country but remember when it’s too good to be real, then it’s not real.
